About Me
Passionate About Inspiring Others
I've spent 15 years working with athletes and coaches across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Portugal and the Netherlands. Different sports, different levels, different cultures but the same pattern kept showing up: people who were physically prepared but hadn't been given the tools to handle what happens mentally when it actually matters.
That's the gap I work in.
My background is in strength and conditioning, but what kept pulling me was the mental side, the part nobody had a program for. So I trained in sport psychology, sophrology and mental performance coaching, and built an approach that treats the mind the way good coaches treat the body: with structure, consistency and genuine attention.
I work with athletes preparing for specific competitions, and with professionals who perform under sustained pressure. Every person gets something built for them, not a template, not a system borrowed from someone else.
What we work with
-
Breathing and sophrology techniques
-
Visualisation and mental rehearsal
-
Focus and pre-performance routines
-
Pressure management and emotional regulation
What makes this different
I don't have a signature method or a trademarked framework. What I have is 15 years of being in the room with people when performance breaks down and knowing how to help them rebuild it. Honest, direct, no shortcuts.

How we work together
Step 1 - A real conversation about where you are
Before anything else, we talk. Not a form, not a test. A genuine conversation to understand what's getting in the way: in competition, under pressure, or in the moments that matter most.
Step 2 - Build what's actually missing
Together we identify the one thing that needs to shift, then build practical tools around it: breathing, focus routines, mental preparation, all tailored to your environment, not borrowed from someone else's programme.

Step 3 - Apply it where it counts.
The he work happens in real life, not just in sessions. You leave with something concrete you can use — before a competition, before a high-stakes meeting, or on the days when nothing feels right.
