MISSIOn
Most athletes arrive with the physical side covered. What's missing is rarely fitness or technique, it's the mental layer underneath: how to stay focused when the pressure rises, how to recover after a setback, how to perform consistently when it actually counts.

That's what I work on.
With a background in high-performance strength and conditioning, I understand both sides of preparation. I work alongside coaches and support staff, not in isolation, because the best mental work happens when everyone around the athlete is pulling in the same direction.
Whatever your sport or level, the work is always specific to you. No generic framework, no borrowed program.
ABOUT me
Passionate about inspiring others
I was 16 when I signed my first professional contract. New city, new school, new coaches and no real guidance for me or my parents on how to navigate any of it.

I pushed through, chasing the dream. But behind the scenes it was a constant battle: injuries, broken promises, financial pressure, a school system that had no idea what to do with a young professional athlete.
By 23, it was over. I didn't make the cut...

That moment sent me back into sport with a different purpose. For the past 15 years I've coached athletes across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Portugal and the Netherlands and everything I do is built around giving people the support I once lacked.

Talent needs more than training. It needs someone who understands the whole journey.

Coaching method

Step 1
Everyone is unique
Every athlete has a unique journey. I start with a face-to-face conversation to understand the challenges and goals, then tailor an approach and define an action plan together.
Step 2
Growth beyond the game
The program prioritize athletic performance while also developing mental growth, resilience, and essential life skills.
Step 3
Involve & SUPPORT
I empower athletes to take charge of their training while fostering a collaborative support system with their staff.
